In the depths of such global giants as Samsung, Sony and LG have been working for many years on designing flexible displays that promise to change the usual approach to the creation and operation of gadgets. Until now, we have only demonstrated their subtle prototypes that can flex and change their shape. Perhaps in November,

thanks to Samsung, which, by the way, was the first in the world in 2012 to display flexible displays to the public, we will finally see the first commercial product with a bending matrix. The task of creating a flexible panel was set by the Chinese company BOE Display, which demonstrated prototypes of such solutions in June this year.

Yesterday, a well-known insider, Benjamin Geskin, on his page on the Twitter network posted a video showing a prototype Android smartphone, which can easily be folded in half. The device itself is in working condition and it has a flexible matrix with a diagonal of 5.99 inches and a resolution of FullHD +. The network repeatedly appeared messages that it was BOE Display that was chosen by Huawei as a supplier of flexible displays.

Against the background of conversations, this Huawei is already one step away from the announcement of the folding smartphone, perhaps we were shown that screen, which eventually finds its application in the innovative device.
